From experience, I can only say that you should sacrifice when you're young. That's when you can get the experience, and if you get paid for it decently, then thats great. Later on, if that didnt happen it becomes a struggle, especially if you got a wife and (god forbid, like I have) kids.
It may ne a little bit rough now, but the lady is worth it, sounds to me.

Yeah, I'm leaning towards applying for the 3rd shift slot and just dealing with it. I'm gonna sleep on it.

personally, I would NEVER work graveyard shift again.

4 diff jobs I had with those hours...
WAY too hard to have a life, IMO.
